Grief and Loss

If you have lost a loved one, a relationship, or a career, it can feel difficult to make sense of reality. You might feel emotional or apathetic; angry, scared, numb, or depressed. Grief is very personal and the experience can also feel very isolating.  And its important to understand that there is no right way to grieve and whatever you are feeling right now is how it is.

When we are grieving, we need our friends and family. Counseling can also help  by providing a compassionate listening ear, tools for managing feelings of stress, and insights that will support you in moving forward in your life.
