Depression

Depression is characterized by depressed mood and among other things can involve a loss of appetite, loss of interest in preferred activities, increased sleeping, withdrawal from relationships, etc. Behind depression there is usually anger. The anger can be the result of unresolved wrongs.

Some strategies we can use to help you reduce feelings of depression in relationships include: reengaging in relationships, increasing self-care activities, learning internal skills to deal with feelings, learning relaxation and soothing activities, finding meaning and purpose.
